Energy prices are always changing and the wholesale market can be extremely volatile. Fixing your energy rates now provides certainty for up to three years. And remember, it doesn’t matter if you’re in a contract with another supplier. We can freeze your prices at today’s rates so you can enjoy the fixed rate when you switch at the end of your contract.
IN A CONTRACT?
No worries. You can still fix your costs at today’s prices and they will be ready and waiting for you when you finish your existing contract.
When the time comes, we won’t automatically roll you on to another fixed agreement.

 Your renewal quote will be provided by your supplier at the end of your contract. If that first renewal quote is cheaper than the prices agreed with us (please note you must provide us with a copy of your first renewal quote), we will beat that quote, or if it can’t, will let you cancel your agreement with us without charge.
 The fixed prices may be varied in limited circumstances as per your Terms and Conditions.
Energy Supplier Guaranteed Standards 2015/2016
We believe in the importance of good customer service. If we arrange an appointment with you in relation to your gas and/or electricity supply and fail to keep this appointment without letting you know in advance, we’ll credit your account with £30.00 within 10 working days of the missed appointment to offset against your invoice. If, for any reason, we don’t credit your account within this timescale, we’ll credit your account with a further £30.00.
